  Chicken Cottage was the epitome of halal fast food restaurants till other big food chains went halal. This restaurant in particular was striving a couple years ago, friendly staff, very hygienic and most importantly QUALITY tasting food. Everything was on point and the restaurant had a big future towards it. Me and my family loved the quality of the food for us Muslims and it was overall a great experience.
  
  However within the recent years and massive success of the franchise, you'd thought that it could only get better. Unfortunately, this store has massively downgraded. Staff do their job however they aren't very good with making the food. Food taste has drastically dropped and prices have gone up. Only the good hygiene was maintained in the store.
  
  I ordered spicy wrap and before it was delicious and it was filled with flavour and now there are air pockets would really annoy me as you just have bread and nothing else and the chips were undercooked and still frozen which frustrated the hell out of me.
  
  I most likely won't visit this store again unless I hear good reviews and quality is back up to standard.
