  Disgusting, disappointing and disgraceful. The shop has very poor food and shop hygiene! Ordered from them and received a smelly, and old chicken!! The guy on the phone had a very bad attitude and wouldn’t take a fault of his telling me that the food is anyhow freshlt made!! What a joke, told me to bring the food back and I will do it tomorrow morning as soon as I get back home. The food was untouched because it smells!! And he dared to tell me that it’s fresh!! They told me to give me my refund if I bring the food back and we agreed to do it tomorrow and I made him aware that I’ll be calling just eat because that’s where I ordered from. The lady then called him and he refused to give me a refund whatsoever! She however gave me a food voucher for the amount I’ve spent in that food. She was shocked to hear such a shop circulating in their branch of just eat and she herself told me to report it to the Food Standard Agency!! I’ve already did that and I’m just waiting to get back home to bring him that chicken and ask him to eat it right in front of me and tell me that the chicken isn’t from weeks ago!! Disgusting!! Also it’s not the first time I’ve had food there but since the management changed the shop went downhill!! The shop stinks, they fry fish in the same oil they fry everything else including chicken and fries! I will not leave it like this.
